My MIL told me that Marcus is playing tantrums a lot lately when I’m not around. May be because he is teething and feel not feeling well. He always cry and wants his grandmother to carry him. He is clever as he knows that my MIL will give him everything he wants. 

He likes to follow my MIL everywhere she goes. Even when she goes to toilet, he also wants to follow else he will cry and knock the door non stop. I think most of the kids also the same like him, may be they follow other people like mummy, daddy or people who take care to them.

For me, if he cries and plays tantrum, I will hug, carry, cradle or advice him. Too pity to see him crying non stop. But for hubby, he will scold and sometimes slap his butt. Sigh, one to be a good person and the other not. Is that the best way? Or both also must soft? hard? Any guides or advices from parents out there ???
