Customer Service Is Important

My hubby always tell his staffs that customer service is very important in any kinds of businesses, especially in travel line. As what hubby told me that one of the staff seems doesn’t provide good service to customers. This make my hubby and other partners angry. They did gave her a chance and hopefully she can do better in front of customers.

Customers will continue give us business if they think we provide good service before. They even can spend and pay more to us with a good customer service. Of cause the products that we sell are important too with good quality.
