I brought Marcus to my parents house yesterday. He’s so active nowadays and won’t sit quietly to watch his Barney cartoon VCD. He ran and jumped here and there. It’s fine to let him play around, but he took his grandfather’s eyeglasses and played with it. It’s broken in the end.

There’s a birthday party for my boy at KFC yesterday. The party should start at 5pm but since most of the guests are late, we started the party at 5.30pm. Actually it was just a gathering for family and some closed friends of mine. Since nobody is coming yet, we took some nice family photos first. LOL!!! 

 

The birthday boy seemed to be so shy at the beginning of the party. But once he saw his Ah Sing kor kor (our neighbour’s son) came, he felt excited and surprised. Most of the time he followed the kor kor during the party. Well, he needs time to warm up wherever he goes.

After all have their food, the children have more energy to play game. The birthday boy didn’t join the game as he is too shy and blur with the game. After that, we have a cake cutting.

Was the birthday cake lovely and nice? I ordered it from jjcakes. Actually this birthday cake was chose by Marcus when i showed him a cake photo album. He likes cars and that’s why he kept on point to the car’s photo when I ordered the cake last week.

Wow, lot of birthday presents for Marcus. Presents opening time when we back home. Guess what, among all the presents, he likes the car from Aunty Florence.

Marcus turns 2 years old today !!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MY LITTLE DARLING !!! ……..  

We will go to KFC to celebrate his birthday in the evening. I have to wake him up earlier now. I want him to take his nap around 2pm later as the birthday party will start at 5pm. So, stay tuned for more photos updates

Well, he is getting naughtier than before and like to play tantrum to us. Other than that, he is a fast learner and smart. I taught him about his body parts and he shows me where is it when I ask him. I guess most of the kids also a fast learner too.

Geee…I didn’t measure his height and weight anymore but I know that he is getting taller this month. About his weight, I think not much different though I will have backache if I carry him after few minutes. Most probably he wants my mother in law to carry him.   

He likes to dance when he hear Chinese New Year songs and showing “Gong Xi Fa Chai” to us.  I like to see him dance and shaking his butt. It’s so cute and adorable. LOL!!!

He starts to say some new words last week last week for his speech development. Sometimes he will get angry and shout like a tiger if he is in his bad mood. Overall, he is my terrible two at home. But when he is outside, he will become a quite boy.

My friend is staying in US now and she will back to Malaysia after Chinese New Year. I asked why she doesn’t want to come back earlier as to celebrate this festive season with her family. She said that her hubby is busy to look for a new house as their agreement will expire soon. Her hubby doesn’t want to renew the agreement and that’s why they are busy packing and looking for their dream home.

I told her to look for Wilmington real estate agent as to help them for a new house. Buying or selling a house is not an easy task, so it is better to look for others for help. Hope that they can settle the problem early and back home before Chinese New Year.

I’ve been very busy last few days. That’s why I don’t have much time to update my blog here. LOL!!! But I’m back now. I was busy to prepare for Chinese New Year.

We went to Jusco to buy groceries. Besides that, hubby bought 25 boxes of mandarin oranges as to distribute to his customers. While we are busy to carry and push the trolley, my boy decided to site in the mini basket for fun. How much do we need to pay for this little boy? UNCOUNTABLE

Then, we let him to play for a while on the stage at Jusco. He scared to run here and there. Just standing there looking at all others to play. *Alamak*

I went to San Marco Home Made Ice Cream House to buy some homemade cookies. I like the pineapple tarts. But since it’s sell for CNY, that’s why the price is much higher than normal day.

I bought some angpao packets from Tesco. There are so cute and it’s nice to give to kids during CNY. Hubby has gave me the angpao money, so it’s my job to put in the money.

This is the most excited thing for Marcus. We will have some simple decoration in and out of the house. I think hubby will fix it today. LOL!!!

My son still yet to go to school this year. He will only turn to be 2 years old this Sunday. He will play by himself with his toys or watch Barney DVD if mummy and “mah mah” not free. But I found that he has other activities when he’s at home lately.

Marcus likes to watch Chinese New Year’s DVD. He will dance and “sing” together with all the”kor kor and jie jie” I guess he falls in love with them as he will watch few times a day without bored. But I’m bored and headache when I hear the songs as my mother in law and I also can memorize all the songs now.

He will do this action when he see the artists wearing sexy clothes in the DVD. It’s mean shameful to him. Geee….so cute!!!

After finished the DVD, he will then proceed to his next activity - playing with all his car models given by my father and brother. Most of the model cars are broken, missing one door, missing one window, missing cover, can’t function. but my little boy still interested to play every now and then. LOL!!! Kids are kids anyway…

Then, he will let us know that it’s about time for him to go to school. See, he carried his “school bag” and say goodbye to us

Time flies, Marcus is going to be 2 years old this Sunday. I decided to throw him a small birthday party in KFC. I have booked for the birthday package last Saturday. The party will be held at 5pm - 7pm. We have been told to end the party at 7pm. So fast for the party, right? No choice but we have to follow their rules and regulations.

Well, only close relatives and friends will be invited. Geee….I don’t like to have big birthday party as I’m lazy to entertain too much people. I ordered a birthday cake from JJcakes at my friend’s office this afternoon. My mother will pay for the cake as birthday present for her grandson. LOL!!! 

I met a Malaysia badminton player Lee Wan Wah when I attend wedding dinner with hubby last Saturday. He is really a tall and good looking guy. Hopefully hubby not jealous on what I said here. We did have a chat as hubby knows him many years. LOL!!!

He told us that he will represent Malaysia to fight with Indonesia players again next month. I asked him wheather they will take legal steroids before the performance. He said most of the sports players will take it as to improve their performance.

Hopefully we can see him again for tea during Chinese New Year.

Well, I was so excited when hubby told me he has bought 2 flight tickets to Gold Coast last two months. We will fly there in May and I’m so eager to pack our stuffs now. See, how crazy am I. I want to buy another new and bigger luggage as it’s good to put all stuffs inside one. Why? I no need to carry, let hubby does his job.

I might get it from Swiss Army as recommended by my friend. She told me the quality and service are good with reasonable price.

I started to shop new clothes for my kid last week. How about you ? Chinese New Year is just less than a month, so it’s the best time to go for shopping since there are sales everywhere. I went to a kids’ boutique in town after breakfast last Sunday.

See my little boy trying his new clothes in front of a mirror. I thought to buy that red clothes, but no more size for him. Of cause I will buy new clothes in shopping malls like Miki, Poney, Disney brand. I like Poney and Miki as their quality is good and fit well with my boy.

These are the new clothes which I bought. My friend asked me to shop for more clothes for kids next week. Gosh!!! Hubby’s pocket will on fire soon. LOL!!!

If you follow my updates in this blog, you will know that my camera is spoilt 3 days ago. I thought to buy a new digital camera from Olympus by this week. But I found that that my camera is still “alive” and function well as usual this morning. Gosh!!! Don’t tell me there is a ghost.

I went back home after dinner at my parents’ house last night. I didn’t know why I took my camera for charging as I know that it’s spoilt. Well, I tried to switch on the camera this morning and I got to know that it’s still function. I snapped some photos and it’s work. What a happy thing for me in the early morning. LOL!!!

But I remembered that the camera is full of power before I dropped it on the floor. It’s so unbelieveable !!! Anyway, it’s end of the story and I no need to buy a new camera. Help hubby to save some money, but I will buy more new clothes for Marcus.

Since Chinese New Year is just less than a month, I guess many people have get prepare for this festive season. Well, I have bought many new clothes for my kid, but yet for hubby and myself. Besides that, I still not buy any cookies, sweets and soft drinks for my house. I think I need to get them done by next week. Shopping again. LOL!!!

We need to buy more soft drinks to serve our relatives and friends during Chinese New Year. I definitely will buy a can crusher to open all those can food and drinks as I hurt my finger when I opened a can of cola drink last week. There are many stuffs that I need to buy, I better jot them down before I forget.

I’m so unlucky! I spoilt my camera yesterday. I accidently dropped my camera and handphone on the car porch when I came down from my car. I thought it’s fine as my handphone still can function well.

At night, hubby and I went to KFC as to enquire about birthday package for my kid. I thought to take some photos, but I can’t switch on the camera. Then I know that my camera is spoilt. Gosh! I guess I need to pay for hundreds as there is no more warranty over a year. I guess it will take few weeks for repair as they will send to KL factory.

That’s mean I can’t snap any photos in a month!!! How can??? I need it as to update my blogs. Most of the time I will bring my camera whenever I go. I feel miserable and fussy. I told hubby I want to buy a new camera as I really need it to snap photos during my kid’s birthday party and Chinese New Year….

Hopefully I can get a new camera by this week.

My brother in law is running his own business. He is selling all kind of handphones and accessories, but there are many competitors nowadays and he hardly earn more money like those days. Since he has a 2 month old daughter, I guess he needs extra money for his daily expenses.

I told him it’s better for him to look for other job. Since he is a degree holder in electric engineering, I think it’s easy for him to get a job with better offer.  Well, he is actually interest in fiber cable field. I hope he can make his own decision though we can give him some precious advises only.

We took Marcus travelling again, but this time we went to KL as to attend my cousin’s wedding. Most of my relatives attended the wedding too. We seldom get together in a group except Chinese New Year and special occasion like relative’s wedding. LOL!!!

 

We reached my aunt’s house around 11am. Wedding tea ceremony started at 1pm and my parents are giving the bride and bridegroom “ang pow” after the tea ceremony. Can you see the right photo? It’s a big family, all are my relatives and some of them not coming yet. Geee….I’m not in the photo with them though busy taking photos that time. I looked for my hubby and son after the photo session, they were tired and rest in the car. Gosh!!!

When Marcus saw everyone clapping their hands, he just followed the crowd. He was played tantrum for a while when he stepped into the restaurant. Other time he’s a good boy. We hardly to get near to the bride and bridegroom for a photo. So, I decided to take some family photos while waiting others to go back to hotel after the dinner.

I received an email from my friend yesterday. She told me not to buy or receive this kind of new drug known as “Strawberry Quick”.

Hubby told me that he will attend for 3 days training course next week. I’m going to be alone with my son at home and I think to move to my parents house for this few days. Well, it’s good to attend some courses which are relate to the job as to improve our job skills.

Well, we will stay in a hotel for a night and back to Ipoh the next day. I keep on asking hubby wheather we have time to go shopping. He told me that he will arrange his time though we have to attend another wedding dinner once we back home. So, you won’t “see” me here for 2 days….blog break again !!!

I don’t know that it’s a holiday this coming Thursday until my hubby told me yesterday. So, where you plan to go for the holiday? Yahoo, Marcus’s travel again after back from Singapore two weeks ago. We will go to KL with my parents and relatives this coming Thursday. This is the first time that he goes to KL as we need to attend my cousin’s wedding. I haven’t pack anything though it’s just a night stay. Hopefully daddy has time to bring us to go shopping the next day after the wedding dinner. But I don’t think so as it’s a working day.

Actually I want to shop for some nice new clothes and shoes for Marcus as I hardly find them in Ipoh. Chinese New Year is coming soon, everyone is getting for the festive season, right?

I have no idea when was the last time hubby and I brought Marcus for swimming. I told hubby as to bring him again and he promised me to come back as early as possible after work last Friday. I packed everything and we went out once hubby comes back.

Marcus refused to go into the baby swimming pool at first. He was so scared and forgot about what he did here few months ago. But hubby was so patience to entertain him, talked and played with him. After few minutes, his mood came back and he wanted to play and walk without anyone holding him. Well, he didn’t know how to walk when he was here last year.

Hubby wanted him to wear a shirt even though he did wear his swimming trunk. But I think it’s more cold if wear a shirt, right? Hubby said it’s the same with or without the shirt. Anyway, we just there for about 20 minutes though it’s started to rain.

   

It’s another brand new year. So, what is your new year resolution? I wish that I may have a better health and wealth, of cause my family members too. Well, if you want to get a better wealth, you need to do something. Money will not come to you automatically.

Hubby and I went for clubbing with friends on New Year’s eve. I saw many younsters, most of them are still studying. They were drinking, dancing near the loud speakers that night. It was a busy and noisy day for my mother in law and I yesterday. Most of the time we only take care of Marcus, but my MIL brought her granddaughter (my niece) came and played with Marcus. Her parents were not around in Ipoh this week, it’s quite pity and lonely for her to just stay at home without daddy and mummy around.

Marcus was so happy and excited when he saw his cousin sister as he has a playmate to play, share things together. They really look like brother and sister, right? My son was so friendly to hug her They even drink water together, if not because of his cousin around, I don’t think he will drink water so frequently like yesterday.

But things never be so good always, they fought for toys and made the living room mess like hell. Gosh! Marcus cried when he saw his cousin crying for sleep. They even wanted my MIL to hug them together though they’re jeolous with each other if my MIL just hug one of them only. Kids are kids, and we never expect when they will play happily together or fighting with each other for toys.
