Get ready to school

Today is the first day of school reopens, I’m sure many parents are busy sending their children to school. How I hope I can be one of them. But not too fast as Marcus is too young to go to school now. Well, some of my students’ parents told me that their children need to reach school earlier every day as they have to study Chinese Poeam for half and hour before the class starts.

Huh, it’s not easy to be a student nowadays. They need to study many subjects and doing tonnes of homework every day. I’m worry how my son going to handle all these tasks when he is in primary. Geee….is it still early for me to think about that ??? ;-)

Anyway, I need to get ready for him. *kiasumum* :-) I bought a Chinese Poem - Tang poetry book months ago, but I haven’t start to read it to Marcus till today. As most of them are new to me, mummy needs to study and understand first before she can teach her son. :-P

I find it so pitiful for kids nowadays. The pressure to perform academically is so high. And in Hong Kong, I find it’s like a pressure-cooker environment. ;(

Not ez being a student these days. Too much unnecessary pressure. I really pity those kids that need to attend so many tuition classes even tho they’re just in early Primary schl. But that seemed like a norm now. I hope my kids wud hv a more carefree schl life (at least in the early yrs).

Shireen, you can give her tuition for that subject.

Slavemom, agreed with you with more carefree school life like International school. I can see students nowadays have many tuition and learn many things too.
