First day of CNY

GONG XI FA CAI !!! ANG PAO, PLEASE !!!

Today is the first day of Chinese New Year. Hubby and I gave Marcus ang pao once he woke up. After having breakfast at home, I changed Marcus in this Chinese costume. I bought it from Tesco and it’s only costs RM29.90. Worth to wear, once in a year. Everyone said he’s handsome wearing this clothes. :-)

We stayed at home watching astro programmes the whole morning. Then, we went to my parents’ house during lunch hour as my mother has cooked porridge for us. See, Marcus is a big boy now, received ang pao from his grandparents.

This little boy very “wai sek”, ate many cookies and drink YEO’s sugar cane. I dare not allowed him to drink, but hubby said once in a year, let him have a try. Gosh !!! End up he didn’t want to take his lunch.

We didn’t go anywhere today, so quite a boring day for me. But we have many programmes start from tomorrow. LOL!!! Here my son also wishing all of you have a prosperous Chinese New Year. His eyes are busy looking to the CNY songs played in the Astro and showed “Gong Xi Fa Cai” hands sign. :-)
