Potty training

I started Marcus potty train in day time weeks ago. But it seems that no improvement for him. I let him on diaperless and wear short pants at home in the day time, but he likes to pee on the floor even though the potty is in front of or near him. He is just lazy to go and take the potty. Geee…he really makes me angry sometimes. Luckily I have a maid to help me clean up the mess each time.

I know it is not easy to go through this stage, I guess it’s a hard time for everyone goes through the battle of teaching their child to potty train too. I did asked some of my friends for tips or a better way to potty train, but looks like they are also in the same situation like me.

May be I should ask other mummies in this blogging world for help through mom chat. I want to see if anyones would like to share their grief and swap tips on the best way to potty train my kid.

I’m oso starting to potty train CE. Yup, it’s not ez at all! It was much easier with XY (as far as I can rmbr). But I’m not vy diligent abt it. Wanna c if he’s really ready. I think at the beginning, u’ve to bring him to the potty at fixed intervals (eg every 30 mins). Can’t expect him to go himself right from the start.

you must have patience in potty training. each time he wets himself on the floor, you bring him to the potty and tell him sternly and firmly that he is supposed to pee there. must do this a few times and he will instill in his mind.

then like wat slavemom said, you must bring him to the potty every 30 mins regardless whether he has urine or not, let him get used to the pattern and slowly he will understand hw to hold his urine :)

Hi! Thought I share some thoughts on potty training! Yes, never easy and you need time and patient, they cant be trained overnight! I still let my little gal wear diaper at home, although she is diaper-less at her babysitter’s house as I dont have the confident to let her diaper-less at home! So far, when she want to pee or poo, she will come to me and say “pien pien”, so I know either she wants to do big or small business! :) There is no direct way on how to train your kids potty train, but patience is what we need!! :)
