First movie : Kung Fu Panda

Hubby and I decided to go for an early bird movie yesterday. First time ever, we went for a movieÂ with my boy in Jusco. LOL!!! Nowadays, we can’tÂ go for movie night out without our little boy unless he is going along with us. He is so stick to me like glue recently.Â :-(

I thought we can’t watch it as the screen showed FULL when I line up to buy the tickets. Luckily I’m able to getÂ 2 tickets.Â Â My boy sat comfortably on my lap and concentrate on the screen for almost 30 minutes. Then, he starts moving here and there and even sing song. :-PÂ

I’m glad that heÂ behaved well in the cinema and not cry to go home.Â Even he is too young to understand the story, but heÂ laughed when he sees some funny creatures doing silly actions. LOL!!!

New mission from hubby

Since I quit my centre, hubby is given me a mission to do instead of just staying at home take care of Marcus and blogging. Well, it is not a shopping mission to buy a glass sinkÂ for our bathroom. Of course I hope so. But a job mission to help himÂ on admin and account work for his travel company and new pub. Gosh, he didn’t pay me a single cent,Â in other word, it’s free to work for him.

Besides that, hubbyÂ planned to setup another new office, still not sure what he wants to do, but related to printing. If it is really work, then I need toÂ help him and back to work again. Marcus will also follow me to office, may be. Geee….no more shopping life with friends. Anyway, I will fully support and help him.

Special and colorful recipes

Sometimes I do cook porridge for MarcusÂ besides taking rice. He doesn’t have much appetize lately thoughÂ he just get well from diarrhea last week. Â I’m thinking some special and colorful recipesÂ for him and hopefully he will get back his appetize like before. I think he is too bored with his current meal I cook for him.

Most of the time he will take carrots, potatoes, salmon, fish, eggs, chicken, meat. He doesn’t like to eat meat and vegetables. That is why he has difficulty in poo even thoughÂ he drinks fruits juice and eat fruitsÂ every day. I found some mummiesÂ decorateÂ their kids’ meal with vegetables and meat in cartoon. It’s so nice and colourful,Â my saliva drip when I see the pictures. LOL!!!

I shall learn from them and changeÂ Marcus’s daily recipes in differentÂ way.

Car insurance renewal

I just got my car insurance renewal and hubby planned to get a new car next year. Actually we don’t need so many cars as hubby is using his company’s car. If he really want to change a new car, I might sell off my current car first.Â It is not worth to buy a luxury car nowadays since the economy is so bad, somemore the annual car insuranceÂ cost is far more expensive than normal car. We better to save up more money for future instead of buy too many cars. Â

Fall sick without gambling

My grandmother likes to play poker cards with her friends at home.Â They were fined for gambling few times, but they seem not scare andÂ continue with their gambling. Not only that, she likes to go casino in Genting Highlands too even she has problem in walking. My grandfather is so worry and complaint to us. We can’t do anything but just give advise to my grandmother. She told us that she will fall sick easily and lost memory without gambling.

The reason she likes to play poker cards not because of money, she wants to pass her free time and chit chat with friends. Well, may be I should teach my grandmother to play poker cards through online gamblingÂ or online casino. It is legal and play whenever she wants. They even provide online slotsÂ which she always play in the casino.

I heard from my father that she is not feeling well these days because her friends are not around to play cards with her.

Day trip to Cameron Highlands

Hubby wants to pass a carton box sample urgently to his customer, so he decided to take us for a drive to Cameron Highlands yesterday. Hubby is very familiar with the road and turns as he travels to this place every week.Â Marcus didn’tÂ feel dizzyÂ at all with the turns, but me. :-PÂ

After passed the carton box to his customer, we went to visit a flower farm at Kampung Raja. This farm is owned by hubby’s customer cum best friend. He gave us some fresh flowers and invited us to The Smoke House Hotel & Restaurant for lunch. So kind of him. It is the most expensive hotel and restaurant in Cameron Highlands.

My boy was so excited when he sees the fountain.Â I brought himÂ walked around and snapped some photos before we arrange to be seated.

It’s raining heavily outside while we taking our lunch, but Marcus seems nothing with the cold weather. He is waiting us to bring him to butterfly and strawberry farm at Brinchang.

At about 3.30pm, we stopped at the Butterfly Farm. We walked through the farm and got to seeÂ insects, cactus, flowers other than butterflies. But all butterflies looked very “tired”, we can’t seeÂ them fly around the farm.Â Â Â

Let my boy touch and feel the real butterfly…..LOL!!!

Then, we proceed to strawberry farm. We paid RM15 as deposit and Marcus getsÂ to pluck the strawberries by himself.Â

All of us were extremely tired and Marcus fell asleep on the way back home. I told hubby that I want to stay there for a night and enjoy steamboat next time.

Fun at pub

We went for dinner as to celebrate Mummy In Vain’s birthdayÂ on Tuesday. We supposed to send kids home and go for a movie after the dinner, but we cancelled it.Â Hubby and I hardly to go for movie lately as Marcus will cry and scream like freak when he can’t see me around.Â My mother in lawÂ asked us better to buy DVDs and watch it at home instead of go to cinema. Well, I will bring him to cinema with us one day.

I bought a gift from Body Shop for Mummy In Vain since her husband invites us for dinner. LOL!!! She told me that her hubby only bought her a birthday cake. Actually she hopes to get a handcrafted jewelryÂ or luxury handbag from her hubby.

This is the most exciting place for kids. We decided to go toÂ hubby’s pub for cake cutting. LOL!!! I thought my boy will cry, but he was not. He’s so concentrate on the snacks. This is his first time to go pubÂ and exposed to suchÂ unhealthy and smokyÂ environment. Of course it is not good to bring kids to pub always.Â Â

We stayed there for an hour and back home after having delicious cake as it’s time for kids to bed. Anyway,Â hubbyÂ and IÂ have a great night out with our boy.

Sunday bliss

We didn’t go anywhere on Father’s Day. As usual, we went to my parents’ house after breakfast. Marcus met his cousin sister every Sunday and yet they still play by themselves. We supposed to have a dinner with my parents as to celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday, but they went for a wedding dinner, so I postposed and celebrated it the next day. Just a simple dinner with my parents, parents in law and hubby’s godparents.

As for my little boy, he was soÂ excited when I ask him wheather he wants to go swimming. I let himÂ swim and play with his toys in the mini plastic pool (not sure about the actual name :P). Of course hubby is the one who filled the water and take care of Marcus. I just stand there and snapped photos. LOL!!!

My niece is still sleeping that time. May be she knows there’s something for her, she woke up then. After few minutes, my sister tried to put her in slowly, but she cried. Well, her first time experienceÂ swimming I think….Â

Get well from diarrhea

Finally my boy fully recover from diarrhea. It broke my heart to see him pee every hour last week. Most kids hate and scare to take anyÂ medicines.Â It was a hardÂ time forÂ Marcus when comes to medicine time. Well, talking about medicine, I was shocked when my friend told me that a small clinic charged her over hundred ringgit just forÂ her kids’Â medicines. Everything also increase like freak nowadays, I wonder how about thoseÂ who come fromÂ low income familyÂ ?

My kid’s paediatrician also inceased his consultation fees. I can’t understand thought they only give services to patients.Â But I wasÂ surprised when I see him using a PDA medical softwareÂ from Epocrates. LOL!!! Computer expert

Whenever I leave my working place, my boy would climb up the chair and keep typing on my keyboards. I guess most kids like toÂ play with laptop or computer. May be they are influenced by us.Â LOL!!! Â Â

This morning,Â I’m half way writing about CAT5eÂ post, I went to washroom. But this little cheeky boy quickily ran toÂ the laptop and pressed some buttons when he knows that I’m not around. Gosh, the laptop shut down and I lost what I have write before. Â

May be it is the time to get him a mini laptop, so that he won’t disturb me when I’m working. As I know,Â most mini laptop have games and parents can teach their kids about alphabets, numbers and even colors.

Colorful mattress

Marcus likes coloring and he knowsÂ each of the colors name. Well, I bought him a drawing book and few coloring books, of course he colors like mess at his age. I can’t expect too much and hopefully he will improve on coloring when he goes to nursery next year.

Sometimes,Â I just let him color on his own. And, this is the result that coloring without mummy around :

I get angry whenever he colors on the mattress, even on floor now. I can’t control my temper andÂ scold him. He seemed understandÂ and ran to play his toys, leaving the mess for mummy. Â I wonder when he knows how to color on wall.

*headache*headache*

I need to control myself as anger will give wrinkles on my face and not good for health. I don’t want to spend money to buy those anti wrinkle cream so fast even though I know where to get the best wrinkle creamÂ online.Â LOL!!!

Go for vacation again

It was a great time to get together with all my relatives during my brother’s wedding last week. All kids played around happily except my boy. He is so shy and scare when people gather around him. I wonder why though I always bring him out to meet people and go for outdoor activities. I think he will get use to it when he grows older.

Well, I wonder whenÂ we all can meet and get together. While waiting my turn for the tea ceremony, I showed off my photos of Gold Coast trip to my relatives. They were shocked when they know that I will go to Branson, Missouri in September. Of course not,Â but go Bangkok for 5 days. LOL!!!Â This time Marcus is going along with us and his first time to see and experienceÂ the realÂ aeroplane.

I did checked out about many attractions in Branson. My kid would be excited if I bring him to the Silver Dollar City theme park. But heÂ will too scare for those thrilling rides in the theme park. Well, I just want to peep around the Titanic Museum. Anyway, it’s just my dream.

Sayonara…..

Shoppingmum will move to Bangkok with her family tomorrow. I supposed to have a drink with her, but I need to take care of my sick boy even though he is getting better today. Anyway, we will meet in Bangkok in September. LOL!!! What I know is that she has lot of stuffs that need to be packed. She has moved most of her family stuffs to Bangkok weeks ago, but she still haveÂ few luggage bags that need to bring along tomorrow.

Well,Â hubby and I areÂ so excited waiting for our family trip to Bangkok. I’m not sure how is the weather there that time, but sun blocks, cap, sunglasses are neccessary as we will have many outdoor visit. My friend is the one who will plan out the itinery. WeÂ are thinking to stay a night at Pattaya too.Â Hopefully the plan isn’t too rushÂ sinceÂ kids are going along withÂ us.Â Â :PÂ

My sick boy

Marcus is having fever after back from breakfast yesterday. His nose bleed just make me freak out last weekend, and now I have my heartbreak with his temperature up and down in between 37.5′C and 38.5′C. Besides that, he is having diarrhea too. Oh, poor little boy !!! His body was rather warm. I gave him some paraceptamol syrup which IÂ bought from phamarcy.Â But it seemed not much help.

Mummy, I’m pain pain ……

Hubby and I brought him toÂ visit his paediatrician even though his fever is back to normal, but still having diarrhea. Back at home and gave him medicine. It’s another hard time as he refuses to take it and cries for “gai gai”. Gosh, brought him out to buy some vegetables.

He is taking his napÂ now and I have some times to update my post here. He needs toÂ drinks lots of water, juices. The paediatrician even suggested to give him 100 plus. He asked me if my kid has medical insurance, in case heÂ has to admit to hospital if he still diarrhea tomorrow.Â *touch wood*Â

Shen Liang’s Birthday Party

I’m having a busy weekend with my brother’s wedding and attend a kid’s birthday party. It was Shen Liang 1st Brirthday party on Sunday. I told his mummy that it is a must to have a party for him on his 1st birthday, so that Marcus can join the party as well.Â LOL!!!

The party is held in the afternoon, which is Marcus nap time. I don’t bother about it and let him join the crowd. We were back at home after the party, but this little cheeky boy didn’t feel asleep at all.Â

Talking about gift for the birthday boy, IÂ have no idea what to buy for him thoughtÂ he has many nice clothes and toys. LookingÂ at thoseÂ colour pencils, some nice cheap pens, story books, children DVD songs and etc at MPH book store, IÂ got him a set of baby first word books. They are so colourful, and I got Marcus another set of peekaboo books.

The Wedding Day

Mummy, I’m so sleepy…when to go home ?

It was a great time that we can get together again with our relatives who are all the way from KL, Kuantan and Johor Bahru. Even my cousin’s son, 4 months old from Johor also joined for the wedding.

The youngest baby in my family……

Marcus is responsible to open car’s door for the bride when she arrives at my parents’ house, but we’re late, so my little cousin replacedÂ him. Supposed they have to arrive at 11am, but I’m not sure why they reachedÂ an hour earlier. Anyway, Marcus is given another mission, hit the potty and gets the ang pow. LOL!!!

We have lunch buffet after the tea ceremony and photos session. Everyone is so busy to prepare for the dinner, so am I. I went to set my hair and makeup when Marcus having his nap. Hubby and I have to go to restaurant earlier as we need to help and direct guests to their own seat.

My parents in law came late with Marcus as my boy got his nose bleedingÂ again after a month. Gosh, it happened again and I don’t have any mood to help out anymore. Hubby and I very worriedÂ and kept on calling to ask about his condition. Luckily it stopped after few minutes. Wow, few minutes, I really heartbreak when I hear it. Even though his paed said it’s fine, but I still will bring him to see another specialist.

Anyway, he still have mood to play around with the balloons. Mummy here is so worry about him, can’t sleep well during midnight, scare to see his nose bleeding again. My father’s friend and relativesÂ told meÂ how and what to give him eat as to stop it. Hopefully it works…..Â Â

Farewell with friends

We went for a dinner with Shoppingmum and Mummy In Vain’s family last Saturday. Actually it’s a farewell dinner for Shoppingmum as she will move to Bangkok with her family next week. It’s great to spend time together again even though it’s just a simple dinner. But I think kids were happy to play around rather than having the delicious seafood.

After the dinner, we went home. Well, they can meet and play together again when we go Bangkok in September. Â I guess kids will go crazy for the 5 days 4 nights trip. LOL!!!

Anyway, hubby ate a lot that night as he didn’t want to waste the food. Everyone says that his big round tummy just like 6 months pregnant. Geee….when he will get rid of his “spare tyre” ? May be I should get him some best fat burnersÂ even though he plays badminton with friends every week.

Gathering with relatives

Most of my relatives will come back from outstation tomorrow as to attend my brother’s wedding this Saturday. We seldom meet each other unless on special occassions and during Chinese New Year. Marcus can play with my little cousin who is 4 months old, all the way fromÂ Johor BahruÂ and all of us can get together for gossips again. LOL!!!

There are buffets at my parents house tomorrowÂ and onÂ the wedding day.Â Beside that, myÂ uncle who is a chef and auntiesÂ will cook some meals for us. Yahoo, so many delicious foodÂ and I guess most of us will gain weights on these 2 days. It is fine to me but hubby must control himsef as it is hard for him toÂ lose weight.Â :-)

Wordless Saturday

I posted about the alphabets puzzleÂ that I boughtÂ few weeksÂ ago. That time he is still blur with all the alphabets blocks and of course don’t even know how to sort them out.Â I seldom teach him thought I know it’s a bit difficult for his age, so I just taught him once in a while. He likes these blocks puzzle and plays it almost every day.

I was shocked andÂ wordless when IÂ see himÂ sort out all the alphabets yesterday. He even knows some of the alphabets. I wonder when heÂ knows all the alphabets in order and say them out in front ofÂ me.Â ShouldÂ I get more block puzzles for him again? Block puzzles is so easy for him, I think I will start to teach him paper puzzles (4-6 pcs).Â MummiesÂ out there, what do you thinkÂ ???
