A letter from school

I received a letter from Marcus’s school last week. I thought it’s a notice to remind us to pay for monthly fees. I just keep it aside until my friend, who her son also same school with mine asked me about children day the next day. :-P

It was a long notice like those about cheap auto insurance list which I seen before. It stated about Children’s Day which will celebrate on 14 November. Each child may bring food to share with their friends and the children are allowed to wear their own clothes instead of uniform on that day.  I’m thinking what should I buy for him to share with others. It did bring back the memory when I celebrated Children’s Day in primary school. LOL!!!

Parents are invited to come to school and get their child’s final term progress report the next day after Children’s Day. Parents can also view the children’s art and craft work which will be on display that day too. Then. the final term school holiday will start till early January next year.

I will enrol my kid to join the holiday programme which will end on 23 December. If I let him stop school during the long holiday, I worry he might cry for 2 weeks when the school reopens. Afterall, I know he goes there just to have fun and mix around with friends, not really study at his age. :-D By the way, I have to pay miscellaneous fees for next year. So fast the school wants to collect the fees.
