Hubby and I planned to change a new auto gate, so renovation is needed. But I told hubby to on hold it as we have spent a lot lately. Well, not because I did a lot of shopping, but we have bought a new 32″ plasma tv, diamond water filter and shower spa. Besides that, we will go to Gold Goast in this coming May. So, better to save it for the trip.

Anyway, we will proceed the renovation later. In the meantime, I’m looking for a new mailbox as the old one was stolen by thief. Hubby told me that he will buy a 3 storeys of shop lot with one of his friend. He is interested in property investing and this is the first investment in buying a shop lot.
