I heard from my mother in law that all 6 years old children will start their Primary One next year. Is it true? I am not sure as I did not hear or read any news from newspapers, but she did. Argh, that’s mean our kids will graduate from Secondary school one year earlier. So, what do you think if this policy really start next year?

Wow, they, I mean our kids will graduate in University and look for their own careers earlier. And we, parents can retire earlier too? Anyway, I still don’t think it’s a big problem, but just don’t know why the government always like to change this and that.

Argh, make me change my mind and think about International school for my kid.

I missed the promotion sale of Baskin Robbin ice cream last 31 May. There is discount up to 31% on every 31st. Marcus loves ice cream very much, who doesn’t like it especially kids. Well, baskin robbins ice cream is too sweet where I prefer more on Haagen Dazs.

Marcus knows some of the ice cream logos very well. If there’s ice cream stand in a restaurant or shopping mall, he sure want it, unless he can’t see the logo.  He will not ask us to order for him, but tol call the waiter and order it himself.

Let’s see if hubby is free tonight so that he can bring us to enjoy baskin robbins ice cream even if today is not 31st. I can’t wait till another month.

H1N1 is getting badly now in Malaysia. Some schools in KL are closed for a week due to this virus. We better stay at home and avoid go to crowded places in the meantime and watch out if there’s any outbreak within society.

I love trvelling. I think our family trip to oversea need to be postponed till next year. Hubby said that we can travel locally. It’s fine if there’re no such case happened here.  So, I don’t need to get any travel insurance quotes at the meantime.

Supposed Marcus will have two weeks school holidays, but I let him join his school holiday programme.  Argh, no school holidays for him. Not that I force him to go, but he himself wants to go to school. Ok, he told me that he wants go to school today, but he can’t wake up this morning even though I talked loud, pushed and rolled him. I know he is too tired after came back from Penang yesterday. I just let him skipped a day.

If I let him stay at home, he will watch tv non stop and keep asking for junks food. I hardly do my things too. Once he is back from school, I will have to entertain him until he goes to bed at night. My friend borrowed me a book regarding mesothelioma a month ago, guess what, I’m yet to see a single page. Gosh, I have to find time to read through the book and give it back to my friend.

I have not been into this blogging world for almost a week. Some of my friends asked me with “Where are you wor, missing in action ah?” Anyway, I am back now. Well, not that I’m sick (touch wood) or go travel again, but blame to my modem and the streamyx. My modem burnt and I bought another new, but streamyx is upgrading their system till end of this month, so I hardly go online. And now, I am using Celcom broadband. Phew!

Since I can’t go online, my friend asked me to accompany her to visit to furniture shops. She will move in to her new house soon and now busy looking for home furnitures. Being kepoh like me, I just followed and gave her some opinions.

I wonder what is the best thing for her as house warming gift. Since we’re so closed to each other, I mean both our hubbies too. So, I can’t simply get her a set of plates and glasses, right? A sleep number bed? Argh, too expensive. Any suggestions, please?

Anyway, it’s school holidays next week but not for Marcus as I will enrol him to join his school holiday programme.  I find it is better to let him join the programme, if not he will just sit in front of the TV the whole day or keep asking for snacks from his grandparents. He is spoilt by them.

It’s weekend again but hubby is having meeting with his boss from early morning till afternoon. As for me, busy entertain with kid as usual. I can only have my ME time when Marcus taking his nap. Most of the time I will update my blogs and visit to natural health forum, if not take a nap.

Oh, Marcus is very excited about his school sport day tomorrow, so am I. Too bad that it’s raining non stop now. I hope the activity will go smooth. My parents and in law will attend and give support to their grandson. After that we will go to my parents house. And hubby and I will have our time since my mother will take care of Marcus. LOL!!!

My mother in law and Marcus went out for lunch with my brother in law, his wife and daughter just now. I didn’t follow them as I have something to do at home. Somemore if I want to go, I need to drive, no seat for me.

When they came back, my mother in law told me about Marcus during their lunch section. My brother in law gave him a sweet, and Marcus asked him not to tell me.

Marcus : Shhhhhh (using his finger too)…..don’t tell my mummy, ok ?

All of them are shocked looking at him.  I think he is worry if I scold him. I seldom buy or give him eat any sweets unless he is doing well like keep all his toys after played, finish his food and etc. My sweet for him is more than a gold.

I forced hubby to do exercise at home when he is back from work every day since few months ago. Guess what, he was so keen to do it, but just for a month. When he is doing exercise, our little boy also followed. It’s so happy to see him doing exercise, he is so cute. Just imagine little kid is doing sit-up. LOL!!! I should snapped some photos but I forgot about it. *slap head*

Hubby is so busy with his work, most of the time come home late. He is so tired and lazy to do it. Gosh, his tummy looks like those pregnant women who are in second trismester. He is double my weight now. I’m thinking to get him try colon cleanse. Anyone try it before?

Anyway, I’m sure my hubby won’t take it. Even if he takes it, also not every day, so no use to buy for him actually. Now, I keep telling him keep fit, keep fit whenever he comes back from work.

We’re back from our vacation yesterday. We were tired but enjoyed the trip a lot especially Marcus. He learnt much things after the trip which cannot find it in the books. It’s definitely a good experience for him. He told me that he wants to go Hong Kong again.

Holiday is end and he will back to school again next week. Hopefully he can wake up early and not late to school.  It’s actually good for Marcus goes to school as he won’t sitting in front of the TV every now and then.

Talking about our trip, I’m going to update it soon and each post will be quite long and full with photos. Hope you don’t feel boring to read it. Phew!

We walked quite a lot during the trip and luckily we brought a stroller for Marcus or else we have to carry him whole day. We did shopping but not grab many things as the stuffs there are too expensive especially those branded one of course even they are having sales or discount for us.

When we’re shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui, while we brought Marcus searching for his favourite toy cars, hubby went to look for some iphone accessories, I wonder if he wants to get me an iphone. Of course he is not as he knows that I’m not fancy in those stuffs.

Ever since Marcus was born, hubby and I had bought him few policies of insurance. We know about the importance of life insurance. Many of our friends are insurance agents, they always come and explain to us about new changes. Hubby has upgraded his insurance policy last year.

But still they are many people who don’t trust with insurance, just like my father and uncle. May be they are not too understand about it only. I’m sad and dissapointed with one of our friend, who is an Insurance agent, pretend doesn’t know us when we meet in the shopping mall the other days. Even we didn’t buy any insurances from her, but she can’t behave like that, somemore I know her daughter too.

Well, don’t talk about her. Chinese New Year is just few days away, we must be very happy to celebrate it with our family and friends, right? Let’s talk back about insurance, I still feel that it’s one of the best investment too. May be I got the right policy with me.

Who’s kid doesn’t like to pull curtain ? My kid is a terrible two and drive me nuts almost every day. I know he makes something as to get my attention like pulling and hiding behind curtain in my bedroom. I did used soft and hard method, but not work at all.

So, I’m thinking to change my curtain to bamboo shades before Chinese New Year. But after discussed with hubby, he asked me to wait till we buy another new house. Huh, how long do I need to wait? I still think it’s better to change it first before the whole rod falls down. LOL!!!

My maid went to my brother in law’s house to help and take care of new born baby for a month. I feel great when my maid is not around me even though I have to do all the house chores. We all agree not to hire any Indo maids again after her.

She really gives lot of problem to us. Most of my kitchen and bathroom accessories have spoilt because of her. I have to change all the accessories. I will make sure to shop for the best quality of the accessories from Hansgrohe faucets.

Even though I will go for a vacation in Bangkok next month, but I can’t stop my mind to think and plan my next family trip. I always hope to go to Orlando to visit my friend who migrated there for almost 10 years.

If I were to go there one day with hubby and kid, I will join one of the Orlando tours as I don’t want to stay at my friend’s house even she is kind to welcome us and be our tour guide. May be I should check on online travel guides to get more information before I really plan the trip.

The most headache thing that I will face is how I wake Marcus up to school next month? The school starts at 8.30am, but he wakes up around 9am every day. I have trained him to sleep early at night, but still the same. I’m sure he will late for the first two weeks.

He takes about 2 hours nap in the afternoon, but if I wake him up earlier, he will yell and cry. Gosh, what should I do to make him wake up earlier in the morning? Give and say something that attract him? No way, I tried already.  

Anyway, it will be a challenge to me to prepare him to school next month.

My niece is having cold and visited a doctor days ago. Her mother, my sister in law called me to ask about the medicine name that my kid had when he’s having cold. Well, I bought it from a pharmacy and not too sure if it’s suitable for her daughter. Only doctors know which is the best to subscribe.

May be she can look for free drug reference for Blackberry devices from Epocrates. Epocrates is working with Apple to develop a downloadable drug guide for iPhone devices. Pretty cool, right?

Anyway, I don’t need a drug reference at this moment. I can always ask my friend who is a doctor for guide.
